  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain the cash drawer according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet high standards.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, mail sorting, and data entry.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnights.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional appearance.
