Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and services with expertise.
- Process payments, verify folios, and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with concierge services and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
- Maintain a high standard of lobby cleanliness and organization at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or hotel management certificate is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Proficiency with computers and reservation software is required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
