Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms to hotel standards.
- Restock amenities, replace linens, and ensure all supplies are available for guests.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies regarding cleanliness and security.
- Work efficiently and independently within a team environment to meet daily cleaning quotas.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety guidelines and checklists.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
