Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, handling payments and room keys.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and common areas at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards of quality.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering multi-line phone systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others.
