Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and room assignments.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Utilize hotel management software to update reservations and guest profiles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions securely.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk, concierge, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of professional appearance.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
