As our Night Auditor, you will be the face of our hotel during the evening hours, ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. You will manage the front desk operations, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure the security of the property. We value integrity, reliability, and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (training provided).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or chat in a professional manner.
- Perform nightly audit tasks, including balancing the cash drawer and reconciling financial reports.
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure guest safety and security.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Handle minor maintenance requests and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and transportation options.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Availability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems without direct supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
