Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests with speed and precision using PMS systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing processes
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with reservation software (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Strong cash handling and math skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
