Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas with meticulous attention to detail
- Execute deep cleaning protocols and restock amenities efficiently
- Coordinate with front desk for room status updates and special requests
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Adhere strictly to sanitation and safety regulations
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Train junior staff on hotel cleaning standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid work authorization and background check clearance
- Strong command of English language (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of OSHA cleaning protocols
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
