Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Manage the hotel’s telephone system and handle incoming calls with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Process payments accurately and resolve any billing inquiries or discrepancies promptly.
- Assist guests with reservations, special requests, and local area recommendations.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby area, including the front desk and common spaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.
- Uphold the hotel’s policies and brand standards of service excellence at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous front desk or guest service experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
