Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock carts efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or room adjustments
- Operate industrial laundry equipment and ensure proper handling of linens
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable cleaning practices
- Collaborate with maintenance team for room readiness between guest stays
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of green cleaning certifications preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
