Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a smile.
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management software (training provided).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments promptly.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
