Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, answering any inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and amenities with a smile.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process reservations, verify guest information, and handle payments using our state-of-the-art property management systems.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly, acting as the primary point of contact for guests and staff.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment at all times.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints immediately and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Assist in filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate guest records.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on hospitality and service.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new property management software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
