Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional, and memorable first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel PMS software.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Process payments accurately and maintain daily financial reports.
- Assist with lobby maintenance, concierge services, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work flexible shift work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- High school diploma or GED required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
