Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a smile.
- Operations Management: Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining in San Francisco.
- Security & Access: Verify identification and manage key card access to ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Revenue Management: Assist in the sale of rooms and upsell services to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and daily activity logs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Property Management Systems (PMS) and computer software.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a high standard of customer service.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
