Responsibilities
- Safeguard hotel premises and guest rooms through systematic patrols and surveillance
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late-arriving/early-departing guests
- Respond promptly to guest requests with exceptional service standards
- Oversee security systems and emergency protocols during overnight hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Prepare detailed shift reports and handover documentation
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and guest interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Ability to remain alert and make sound decisions during quiet hours
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for property patrols)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
