Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests efficiently using property management systems.
- Manage room assignments and handle special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with concierge services and local transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a professional demeanor.
