Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration cards and credit card authorizations are completed accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Monitor the hotel's security systems and lobby area to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests.
- Process all payments and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are inspected and ready for new arrivals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or a related customer service role.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
