Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance at front desk and concierge services
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure guest safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Handle emergency situations and guest complaints with professionalism
- Perform nightly audits and report discrepancies to management
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's and Alcohol Service certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Fluent English proficiency; Spanish a plus
