Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly and assists with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Manages the front desk operations, including answering inquiries, handling phone calls, and directing messages.
- Processes payments and handles cash transactions with strict adherence to hotel financial policies.
- Maintains the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assists guests with requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation, and local directions.
- Resolves guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
