Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and key management.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily accounts and financial reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to hotel security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the day shift management team to ensure seamless transitions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas and the front desk during the night.
- Manage inventory levels for night supplies and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or night audit roles (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of front office operations and property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel booking software.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
