Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/out procedures with attention to detail
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining departments
- Utilize hotel management software (training provided)
- Uphold brand standards and maintain lobby presentation
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Exceptional customer service mindset and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency (training provided)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn hospitality protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Fluency in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
