Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service standards.
- Manage the hotel budget, including revenue forecasting and cost control measures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and positive reviews.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and quality.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with a focus on team development.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Oracle, Micros) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid California Hospitality Manager license or equivalent certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
