Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival.
- Check-In/Out: Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our hotel management software.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries promptly.
- Concierge: Assist with room assignments, process mail/packages, and provide local recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or special requests with grace and efficiency.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skillset: Basic computer literacy and strong typing skills are preferred.
- Attitude: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor is essential.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide full training.
