Responsibilities
- Greets visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
- Manages incoming calls and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assists with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing keys.
- Maintains the lobby and common areas to ensure a clean and organized atmosphere.
- Processes payments and handles basic cashier duties accurately.
- Provides directions and information to guests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborates with the administrative team to support daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous front desk or reception experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
