Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, taking reservations, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with guest check-outs and process payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; relevant hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (training provided).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
