Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in with a smile, and ensure a smooth departure process.
- Communication Hub: Manage high volumes of incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information regarding hotel amenities and local Atlanta attractions.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area, ensuring the lobby is welcoming and welcoming to all visitors.
- Service Recovery: Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns or complaints immediately to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, verify identities, and maintain accurate guest records in our property management system.
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating check-ins for group reservations and special events hosted at the hotel.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism and hospitality.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Appearance: A professional, neat appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
