Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation processing.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Handle inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation with a high degree of knowledge.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
