Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries via phone/email
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transportation needed)
