Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in experience using our Property Management System.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities with a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.
- Operational Support: Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, processing payments, and handling room assignments efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Visual Standards: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to reflect the luxury standards of The Ritz-Carlton.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: A warm, welcoming personality with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Schedule: Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays is essential.
