Responsibilities

- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payments using our property management system.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Information Desk: Provide directions, local recommendations, and answer general inquiries about hotel amenities and services.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints in a calm, professional manner to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and professional condition.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
