- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations.
- Uphold the hotel's high standards of service and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS).
