Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, answer questions about the hotel and local area, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby environment, ensuring all public areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally, take accurate messages, and relay information to the appropriate department promptly.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with luggage, provide recommendations for dining and entertainment, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and complaints with a smile, utilizing company protocols to resolve issues efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary. We are looking for a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the hotel, and lift moderate luggage (up to 25 lbs).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
