Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, managing a high-volume front desk with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reception Management: Answer incoming calls, screen and route inquiries, and manage email correspondence professionally.
- Check-in/Check-out: Assist guests with registration, verify identification, process payments, and ensure a seamless check-in experience.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and directions to visitors and residents.
- Administrative Support: Handle package deliveries, manage mail distribution, and maintain the lobby area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Security Access: Monitor building access points and assist in maintaining the safety and security of the property.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is preferred.
- Interpersonal: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Experience: Previous customer service or reception experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
