Responsibilities
- Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and transfer to the correct departments, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage packages, and perform light data entry or filing as needed.
- Scheduling: Maintain and update the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and employees with inquiries, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor the reception area for cleanliness and ensure office supplies are stocked.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours with immediate availability to start.
