- Greeting & Welcoming: Welcome guests warmly and professionally, managing the reception area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly, screen them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Mail & Package Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, filing, and general office errands as needed.
- Visitor Management: Sign in visitors, issue badges, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor lobby cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to management.
