Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees with a smile and efficient check-in procedures.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls professionally, handling inquiries and taking detailed messages accurately.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, distribute packages, and handle front-desk errands promptly.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with meeting room bookings, coordinate visitor parking, and provide directions to guests.
- Customer Relations: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues on the spot to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reception Maintenance: Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring all signage and lobby materials are current.
- Office Support: Perform light clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and assisting other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in business or hospitality is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional front desk or receptionist experience required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern scheduling software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively with people from diverse backgrounds and maintain a positive demeanor under pressure.
