Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Answer general inquiries and provide information about our services and location.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the master calendar.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, with high accuracy.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue badges as necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to solve problems quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
