Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identity and collecting payments.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email and in-person.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
- A positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
