Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional 24/7 guest services including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies with calm professionalism
- Prepare and maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with personalized solutions
- Manage inventory and restock amenities during off-peak hours
- Document all guest interactions and facility incidents in real-time
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
