- Answer incoming calls, manage the front desk reception area, and respond to emails.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception desk, and common areas.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments accurately and in compliance with company policy.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, and services.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for our entry-level positions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
