Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy and a warm welcome for every guest.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Handle cash handling and POS transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and prepare guest folios for billing purposes.
- Assist in coordinating guest requests such as room service, transportation, and local recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests of all backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (training provided).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
