Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide exceptional guest service, answering inquiries and resolving complaints with a smile.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports accurately.
- Assist with mail services, wake-up calls, and concierge requests.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and professional appearance.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
