Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and efficient handling of reservations.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and public spaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software is preferred.
