Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Strip beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and properly arranged.
- Sanitize and disinfect all surfaces, including kitchenettes and bathrooms, following health and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or safety hazards, to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations regarding chemical handling and cleaning procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English proficiency for effective communication.
