What You Will Do:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are processed accurately.
- Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and escalate complex issues to the Manager when necessary.
- Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, local events, and special promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software (we provide training).
- A professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
