Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, handling check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, managing reservations and providing local area information.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Utilize the property management system (PMS) to update guest information and track room status.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommendations for dining and local attractions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, property management systems).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A strong passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when assisting with luggage.
