As part of our modern hotel group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and creating memorable stays for our visitors.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk reception area with professionalism.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with key management and security protocols for guest safety.
- Process payments and manage hotel folios using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and public areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
