Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in efficiently using our hotel management software.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with event coordination, banquet setup, and food and beverage service.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are welcoming and well-stocked.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
