Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain the pristine condition of the lobby, public areas, and front desk.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Assist with event coordination, concierge requests, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage phone calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and POS systems.
- A valid Driver's License is a plus.
