Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using PMS systems while maintaining accuracy in financial transactions
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless guest transitions
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain financial documentation
- Operate multiline phone systems and manage reservation changes
- Collaborate with concierge and valet teams to create integrated guest experiences
- Maintain security protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong cash handling and basic accounting knowledge
- Valid Indiana driver's license (for valet coordination)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
